I was really impressed with Nathan's compassion and eagerness to help without being pushy - in fact we agreed that training was probably not appropriate for my elderly dog's situation. Very informative and helpful.

I booked a 15 minute phone call for advice on my new rescue dog this morning. Nathan was fantastic and gave me great advice; not the pushy advice you can sometimes get. In fact, exactly the opposite. Nathan put my dogs needs first and advised me to not think about training sessions or social walks yet to allow my dog to settle. When my dog us ready, I will be back in touch with Nathan. I would highly recommend him.

We had a nice knowledgeable discussion. We are novices at dog owning and Nathan gave us a lot of very useful advice.
His calm nature worked like a mystic aura and our new Cavapoo acted like butter wouldn’t melt. 💁‍♀️
Information and advice on food, treats, habits, repetition and of course praise. We learnt a lot this morning and feel more confident in ourselves. It’s the owners that need to learn, not so much the dog. Money well spent. Thank you
